**On Friday, September 16, ALL CDS students (Pre-K – 12 grade) may either wear their school uniform to school or come wearing typical Costa Rican dress. This is a fun and engaging way to learn about Costa Rican traditions and celebrate our rich culture. Connect with your Parent Representative for information about where to buy traditional clothing.

We are excited to share that Jonathan Morera will be our new After School Coordinator. Our previous coordinator, Ms. Evelyn Borbón, will be leaving CDS to pursue other career opportunities outside of education. We thank Ms. Borbón for her service and dedication to our school community. Jonathan has been part of the CDS Family since 2018 and since then he has supported the primary division. He has supported a multitude of different positions such as transportation and is part of the MAC department as a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer. He has a background working with educational ONGs such as CISV Costa Rica for over 8 years and in communications and is studying Journalism. He is passionate about reading, music, and spending time with his family.

The photographer will be here Monday-Thursday Sep 5th-8th (and return Tuesday, Sep 13th for senior pictures). Mr. Carpy, the Yearbook Coordinator, will keep updated if there are any time changes.
