Additionally, we are delighted to share that this year’s results reflect a significant milestone: BVIS Hanoi has achieved its highest-ever Net Promoter Score (NPS) in school history. Net Promoter Score (NPS) is calculation based on responses to the question: "How likely are you to recommend our school to other families?". This year, our NPS has reached an all-time record and we achieved the highest number of parents saying they would recommend our school.  This steady rise demonstrates growing confidence in the quality of education, support, and overall experience at BVIS Hanoi. This is a strong indicator of parent satisfaction and reflects the trust and confidence in our school.

When compared to both Global and Regional Nord Anglia Education data, our school’s survey results continue to outperform across all areas, reflecting the exceptional quality of our BVIS staff, our dedicated and hardworking students, and our supportive school community. Notably, our analysis reveals that BVIS Hanoi is one of the top schools achieving the highest positive survey outcomes among all 26 schools within the South East Asia, Middle East and India region—a remarkable achievement that our entire community should take great pride in.

This year, we conducted an in-depth review of all individual parent comments, and the five most frequently mentioned topics in a positive way included:

  • Overall perceptions of the school
  • The quality of educational provision
  • Teaching staff
  • General experience
