A special welcome to the new families joining us this term, we are delighted to have you as part of the BSKL community.
At BSKL, our mantra is simple but powerful: we get to know our children and empower them to thrive. This ethos shapes everything we do, and we are excited to continue working closely with you to ensure your children flourish academically, socially, and personally this term.
We have an exciting term ahead with a host of activities and events to look forward to. The Key Stage 2 Swim Gala will showcase our students’ swimming talent and teamwork, while our Chinese New Year celebrations promise to be a vibrant and joyous occasion for all. Our EYFS and Year 6 productions are always a highlight of the year, offering a chance for our students to shine on stage, and the Penang Sports Weekend will provide opportunities for our young athletes to compete and represent BSKL. These are just a few of the exciting things happening this term, with much more to come.
Over the break, we have continued to enhance our campus to provide a world-class environment for our students. Key Stage 2 classrooms now feature new, modern furniture, and Year 3 classrooms have been equipped with state-of-the-art interactive TV screens to support and enrich learning. We are also thrilled to unveil the new Lower Hill rooftop play space, which now matches the fantastic space on Upper Hill, giving our students more opportunities to play, socialize, and unwind in a safe and inspiring environment. We believe that strong partnerships between school and home are essential to every child’s success. This term, we will continue to prioritize open communication and regular feedback to ensure we are aligned in supporting your child’s development.
