BSKL Primary Idol 2024: A celebration of young talent

After several days of auditions, only 10 finalists made it through to the grand finale. These talented students represented the best of BSKL's performing arts, captivating the audience with their diverse acts and confidence on stage.

The final performances were an exciting blend of skills and uniqueness. There were breathtaking piano solos, energetic dance routines, stunning yoyo tricks, and musical performances that showed the incredible breadth of talent in our school. The students’ hard work and dedication were evident in every performance, making the judges’ task of choosing a winner a difficult one.

In the end, it was Hanyu from Year 6A who was victorious with her emotive dance performance. Mixing various dance styles with elegance and energy, Hanyu’s routine was both original and captivating, earning her the title of BSKL Primary Idol 2024. Her performance was a true reflection of the spirit of the competition.

The event was made even more enjoyable by the dynamic duo of hosts, Lukas and Renee, also from Year 6A. Their lively personalities and witty banter kept the audience entertained throughout the show, adding a fun and humorous touch. Their confidence and charisma shone just as brightly as the performers on stage.

We are incredibly proud of all the finalists and participants who gave their best and shared their talents with the BSKL community. Each student, whether they performed or supported their peers, contributed to making this year’s Primary Idol a memorable experience for everyone.
