This amazing production featured popular songs from 17 different musicals like Wicked, Mamma Mia, Chicago, Dear Evan Hansen and South Pacific, and paired with over 40 performers’ unique performing style, was a wonderfully entertaining extravaganza for all ages alike.
This was the second time Surin has performed in this musical, the first being in March 2023, where shows were held to raise funds for Down syndrome. Preparation and rehearsals took over 6 months for the first two shows and a further 2 months for the recent shows, with Surin sometimes committing over 7 to 12 hours a week of practice. A broad range of dancing styles, from ballet and jazz to rock ’n roll jive and hip hop was featured alongside guest artistes performances and the show was captivating from each moment to the next and Surin herself, participated in over 8 pieces within the few acts of the show.
Surin was an absolute delight to watch and on stage, demonstrated her gracefulness, expressiveness and creativity in all her dances. We are immensely proud of Surin for her commitment and dedication to this musical and for going over and above to support such worthy causes.
