Penang Sports Tour 2025 - A wonderful experience

We had an incredible time taking 25 enthusiastic pupils to Penang for the Penang Sports Tour, an inclusive event designed to give young athletes the opportunity to participate in Athletics, Swimming, Tee-Ball, and Football.

For some of our pupils, this was their first-ever sports trip, making it an extra special experience. The journey to Penang was filled with laughter, song-filled bus rides, and breathtaking scenery, with a highlight being the excitement of crossing the iconic Penang Bridge!

Upon arrival, pupils were thrilled to stay at the ParkRoyal Resort, where they enjoyed fun pool slides and indulged in the delicious buffet—with the chocolate fountain being a firm favourite! Beyond the sporting events, this trip was about more than just competition—it was about building friendships, learning independence, and creating lifelong memories.

Day 1: Athletics & Swimming
Pupils showcased their skills and determination across multiple track, field, and swimming events. This tour wasn’t about medals or trophies—it was about participation, effort, and personal achievement, and every pupil embraced that spirit wholeheartedly.

Day 2: Football & Tee-Ball
The focus shifted to team sports, where pupils worked together in Football and Tee-Ball matches. Teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship were at the heart of the competition, and it was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and support for one another.

Before heading back to KL, we ended the trip with a celebratory pizza lunch, reflecting on all the fun and accomplishments of the past two days.

The Penang Sports Tour was an amazing experience, and we are already looking forward to doing it all again next year!
