Joshua, a talented young swimmer from Year 8, has made waves by representing Malaysia at the prestigious 45th South East Asia (SEA) Age Group Swimming Championships 2023. 

We are thrilled to share some exciting news from the world of swimming! The championship took place in Jakarta from August 24th to 26th, 2023, and brought together the finest age-group swimmers from various Southeast Asian nations.

Hailing from Malaysia, Joshua made his mark as a National Junior Swimmer in the Under-13 age category. His dedication, hard work, and exceptional skills were on full display as he participated in four individual events: the 50m Butterfly, 50m Backstroke, 100m Butterfly, and 100m Breaststroke. The competition was fierce, but Joshua's determination shone through, leading to remarkable achievements.

In a remarkable feat, Joshua secured a spot within the Top 5 for the 50m Butterfly event, showcasing his prowess in this challenging stroke. His impressive performance didn't stop there – he also clinched a spot in the Top 10 for both the 50m Backstroke and 100m Breaststroke events. Clearly, Joshua's dedication to his training and his commitment to excellence have paid off, allowing him to compete at such a high level with confidence and skill.
