Georgia is a passionate member of our Year 2 team. With a wealth of experience, Georgia is entering her fifth year as a dedicated classroom teacher. She is originally from New Zealand, where she taught in lower primary, ranging from Year 1 to Year 3.
After joining our team last year, Georgia took on the role of a nursery teacher, allowing her to gain a deeper understanding of the Early Years programme and the crucial developmental skills needed for children to thrive in their learning journey. She is excited to apply this knowledge to create safe, nurturing, and supportive environments for her learners, where they can develop a profound love of learning.
One of Georgia's greatest assets as an educator is her positive energy, which sparks excitement and engagement in her students. Through her enthusiastic approach, she fosters a collaborative and dynamic classroom environment, encouraging active participation and fostering a genuine love for acquiring knowledge.
Beyond the classroom, Georgia leads an active lifestyle, often seen exploring the great outdoors through hikes and engaging in invigorating gym workouts. She has fully embraced life in Guangzhou and takes delight in immersing herself in the local culture, especially through culinary experiences, as she indulges in the vibrant flavors of traditional Chinese cuisine.
