Alice is a dedicated teacher specializing in English as an Additional Language (EAL) and serving as Head of Year. With a strong foundation in Arts and Festivals Management, she brings a unique perspective to the educational environment, fostering creativity and cultural awareness in students. Her passion for education is evident through her commitment to continuous learning and professional development, as demonstrated by the completion of a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCEi) and the recent start in her Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy.
Alice believes in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. Working as a teacher and choreographer at Curve Young Dance Company, Leicester UK and supporting 16-18 year olds on the National Citizen Service programme (similar to the Duke of Edinburgh) she is passionate about helping students develop the confidence and skills needed to succeed academically and socially. As Head of Year, she also plays a key role in mentoring students, guiding their personal and academic growth, and ensuring a positive school experience.
Outside of the classroom, Alice enjoys exploring cultural events, festivals and of course travelling. She is also an advocate for lifelong learning and often participate in professional development opportunities to enhance her teaching practice.
