BA, PGDE
After completing her BA in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky, Tiffany worked briefly at an education abroad company where she had the pleasure to work with high school-aged students who wanted to further their studies overseas. It was fulfilling to see students achieving their goals, and she found her calling in education through this job. As a result, she decided to work on her Postgraduate Diploma in Education PGDE in Primary Education to pursue a career in teaching. For the last three years, she has worked at an international school in Macau as a classroom teacher in Years 3 and 4.
As a teacher, it is truly rewarding for Tiffany to see children grow and learn to become well-rounded individuals. They inspire her to learn and strive continuously. To grow as an educator, she is in the process of completing her M.Ed from the University of Essex, and is very much looking forward to developing professionally through her new role as the Primary Learning Support teacher at the reputable BSB Shunyi in 2023. She truly believes all students can succeed when educators provide environments that are responsive to students’ strengths and needs.
Tiffany and her husband enjoy travelling and exploring new places. They are excited about their new chapter in Beijing as they look forward to visiting different parts of the city and trying out new food. Tiffany has a true passion for scuba diving where she feels the most relaxed when she is under water and swim alongside all the incredible sea creatures. In her spare time, she enjoys reading a good book and going on walks.
