John graduated from Tangshan Normal University, majoring in English education, and also obtained a degree from the Beijing Language and Culture University, majoring in teaching Chinese as a second language. He has been teaching Chinese since 2006 and has consistently guided his students to achieve excellent IGCSE and IB Diploma outcomes.
Having joined BSB in 2014 John always aspired to become an exceptional teacher. He views BSB as a larger and more conducive platform for personal growth, where he eagerly seeks to challenge himself and further develop his skills. John firmly believes that his experience at BSB will be a valuable opportunity for continuous learning and rapid improvement. Furthermore, his family wholeheartedly supports his decision to work at such a remarkable school. Recognising the challenges of learning Chinese, John consistently seeks effective methods to help his students grasp the language. He takes great satisfaction in supporting them in achieving their goals and is always ready to lend a helping hand.
John is known for his cheerful disposition and harbours a wide range of interests. He excels in sports, particularly in ping pong, basketball, and football. Additionally, he has a passion for music and can proficiently play several instruments. Reading and watching movies are also cherished pastimes that he enjoys.
