BA (hons), PGCE, TEFL
Inkie graduated with a BA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Pretoria and received her PGCE from the University of South Africa. She has taught at BSB previously, working initally as a supply teacher and then a Year 5 classroom teacher. Then she moved back to South Africa and taught at a school for deaf learners. Most recently she worked with IGCSE learners from St Stithians School. She has found teaching the British Curriculum an absolute joy. As a teacher, she has been so lucky to experience working with children across various age ranges.
Inkie felt it was the right time to take on a new challenge again outside of South Africa. BSB Shunyi provides so many wonderful opportunities for learner. Inkie's own son graduated from BSB and it really has given him an excellent academic and social advantage in his tertiary life. She is very excited about joining BSB again in August 2023. She sincerely strives to fill her classroom with positivity and kindness.
