Ready and Set! Kicking off the 2024-2025 Academic Year

What a heartwarming Welcome Morning we had on Friday 16^th August, 2024 for all our new students and families!  We were greeted at the entrance by BSB Bear who put smiles on everyone’s face!

Our wonderful teachers gave a personal warm welcome to new students and made them all feel comfortable about their classroom surroundings. Everyone made new friends and are ready for the first day of school next Monday 19^th August.

While the students are meeting with their teachers, new parents and our school leaders also had a fantastic time getting to know each other. They also met our BSB Parents’ and Teachers’ Association (PTA) to learn about upcoming exciting events and how they can be more involved with the BSB community. They checked out the PTA Hat and T-Shirt, Second Hand Uniform and dropped by Chatter Box to taste the delicious waffles.

Students who are entering a year group with significant changes from last year also came for their Welcome Morning today. They included Year 1 students starting Primary School, Year 7 students starting in Secondary School, and students in Years 10 and 12 who are starting their IGCSE and IB Diploma Programme this year respectively. The students attended an introduction session specially designed for them by their teachers, learnt important details about the curriculum and got to ask many questions. After today’s session, everyone felt much more confident starting their new education journey ahead.
