Come along Year 5's Hysterical Historical Adventure!

Well done to our Year 5 students who've successfully completed their Play in a Week! 

Starting from learning the lines, the songs, the dance moves to creating the costumes, props, stage, lighting and sound effects – they did it all in a Week! Thanks to all the teachers who worked with them on this ambitious project which helps students learn about teamwork, creativity, resilience, and adaptability.

The Storyline:

Jill and Fred go on a ‘Hysterical Historical Adventure’. They travel through time and go on adventures in ancient Egypt to meet a mummy, they are students in the Victorian Era and meet a vicious teacher, they meet Queen Elizabeth and convince her to get married, they fight with the Vikings and in the First World War. Finally, Jill and Fred arrive back home and decide that living in 2023 is not too bad at all. We have iPads and phones and nice teachers…
