The famous opera "La Traviata (Version for Youth)” by Giuseppe Verdi will be performed in the Beijing Concert Hall on 19th June, 2023.
This event is jointly produced by the Austrian Cultural Forum Beijing, the German Embassy in China, the Austrian Consulate General in Shanghai, the German Consulate General in Shanghai and the Articulus Children’s Opera. As the co-producer of the project, The Beijing British School (BSB) Shunyi has participated in the whole process of this event.
La Traviata - Its rich artistry, touching storyline, and vivid characters are all important factors that make it enduring. But Verdi's soul-stirring music is the most intoxicating component. There are countless opera versions and instrumental music adaptations of "La Traviata" in the world. This youth version of "La Traviata" is the only youth version of this masterpiece in China.
