BSB Choirs in "Voices around the World"

During the month of April, students in the Years 5 & 6 and Secondary Choirs recorded their voices in our makeshift recording studio once again for the annual Voices Around the World global project (http://www.voicesaround.com/).  Along with our exciting collaboration with The Juilliard school, “Voices Around the World is a free project with a mission to help young people everywhere work together musically to Sing Out! Speak Out! And Change the World!” Last year, students enjoyed learning the song “Lighting Up the Flame” and filming with the Chinese flag and dragon out on the field.

This year, the song is “Sunshine” and lyrics are meant to spread joy and cheer around the world. We filmed the combined choirs on the pirate ship this year.

The combined video with choirs from all around the world will be released in June. We have already received feedback from the programme coordinator that they loved our video!
