Samba Workshop Last week students at both campuses of BCB had the chance to be part of a wonderful samba workshop.

Last week students at both campuses of BCB had the chance to be part of a wonderful samba workshop.

The Samba band, 'Banda Manda Chuva', came to school to teach the students how to play the main Carnival Samba instruments.

They had the chance to explore different instruments and play many rhythms, just like an original Samba Batucada band.

As result of the workshop, Secondary students will play percussion instruments for their house on our Carnival Parade competition this Friday, February 5th.

Expressive Arts Week - June 2021
What an amazing week we had! Artistic interventions during breaks and lunchtime, giving opportunity for everyone to enjoy and appreciate different musical genres, ensemble and dance performances and visual arts works. We were able to see children interacting with these video and audio interventions by copying dance moves, singing along, and showing themselves completely amazed with people drawing and painting.
