Over the weekend of 15–16 March, our STA Marlins swim team took part in the 2025 BMAC Long Course Championship—and what a weekend it was! Our swimmers gave it their all, showing determination, skill, and true team spirit across all events.
We’re proud to share that the Marlins came away with some fantastic results:

1st Place – Boys 9–10 Age Group

3rd Place – Girls 13–14 Age Group

1st Place – Highest Individual Score in 9–10 Age Group (Well done, Gio from Year 6)

Plus, many medals were won by every Marlin who competed!
It’s great to see all the dedication and effort during training come through at the competition. Swimming is not only a fun and healthy sport, but it also helps students build confidence, resilience, and strong habits. Being part of a team like the STA Marlins encourages goal setting, time management, and perseverance—skills that support students in and out of the pool.
