How can I select activities for my child?
1. Log in to your Moodle account.
2. Click on Signup student name for clubs as below photo.
3.Scroll down and click on View full list of options
Then, you will be able to see all the lists of ECAs clubs each day with the price details. Select the rank of activities each day as you wish. If the club is already full, you can click to join the waiting list.
4. If you click the club’s name as yellow highlighted, you will be able to see more details of that club e.g. teacher name, venue, time etc.
5. After making changes, kindly scroll down and click Save at the bottom of the page.
How does the registration system work and how can my child’s clubs be allocated??
The activities signups will be based on a preference-based system, not the first come first serve basis. At the end of the initial signup phase, places will be allocated by using our preference-base algorithm to ensure everyone's preferences are fairly taken into consideration.
After that you will be notified of which places your child has been allocated. Then you will be able to make the payment to secure a place and during this time you will also be able to modify those activities should you wish, subject to alternative places being available.
After the payment period, it will not be possible to change any selected activities. If the payment couldn’t be made within the deadline, a place will be given to the next student in the waiting list.
It was great to see so many children and older students attend the “Come and Try” activities last week. These certainly made both campuses feel very alive after school.
