The House Mascots have been busy this summer and Year 10 and Year 12 students are encouraged to apply for the post of House Leader.
Monday marked the start of the new academic year. The House Mascots have been training hard over the summer while you have been resting. I hope you are as ready as they are. There are plenty of exciting opportunities for you to get involved in as we look forward to in the year ahead.
If you are a new student and are unsure as to which house you are in the please go onto Moodle, click your photo on the top right and select ‘profile’. You can then purchase your house shirt from the Uniform Shop before or after school. The Uniform Shop is located at the turnstiles upon entry to the school. House shirts should be worn on Fridays.
Students in Years 10 and 12 will have the opportunity to apply for the role of ‘House Leader’. This is an invaluable experience that will serve students well in the future with university/job applications.
Eloise reflects on her experiences representing St Andrews International School at the annual Remembrance Day service hosted by the British Club in Bangkok. Students at St Andrews International School Bangkok have begun an exciting artificial intelligence project: integrating Nord Anglia’s “Misty the Robot” with conversational AI model, ChatGPT. Under the guidance of our Head of Robotics, Mr Rob Parker, they recently presented their results to Regional Managing Director, Mr Shaun Williams, as well as the Board of Directors at St Andrews, with the proposition of growing this project as a collaborative research venture across Nord Anglia schools.
