Friends and families are invited to join us for a fantastic day, allowing everyone to get into the festive spirit at our 'Christmas Cracker' event on Sunday 1st December 2024, 10am to 2pm @ BSB Sanlitun (Primary Campus - 5 Xiliujie, Chaoyang District).
Last Monday, the Year 6 students participated in the first live, virtual visit by our dance specialist, Hilary Easton from New York. She taught us how to use basic dance steps to develop inventive rhythms and tones.
This week is Anti-Bullying Week at BSB Sanlitun. As part of the week our students undertook a number of activities in class, one of the events this week is Odd Socks Day! We had lots of fun on this special day and we loved seeing everyone’s different socks - lots of colour and fun designs. Most importantly, we celebrated each other’s uniqueness!
This week, Year 4 students at our school took to the stage to present their fantastic production, Pirates vs Mermaids. The children did an amazing job in bringing this lively show to life, filling the hall with adventure, song, and a dash of humour!
We were delighted to host a virtual workshop at school recently. The sessions was live streamed from New York and was in collaboration with Juilliard (led by Hillary Easton - Dance Specialist) and our very own Head of Performing Arts, Ms. Borisavljevic.
Nursery has been exploring the natural world of autumn and all its seasonal changes. We used a range of materials to develop our maths skills in ABAB patterns. The children are learning that patterns are a series of repeating objects such as shapes, colours, lines, etc. We used natural materials to complete and make new patterns.
