Hello CDS Families!
I hope this finds you well and looking forward to a much deserved weekend ahead. February is finally here, and we have an amazing month of activities starting off with our boys and girls soccer teams competing in the AASCA tournament here in Costa Rica! If you are able to attend any or all games, we want to have as much of a presence as possible to support our teams and cheer them on to a “hometown” victory! See the athletics page for a full schedule for both teams. CDS will be bussing our high school students to at least one of the boys' games and one of the girls' games in order to cheer on our teams!
We will also be setting off to Tanzania this month with 17 of our students and 4 staff chaperones. Our adventure begins February 19th and we will keep you all posted through pictures and journal entries throughout the trip. Finally, our 40th annual Fun Run is taking place on the 25th of February so please make sure you sign up and come on out to campus for an amazing event that is put on by our Parent Association.
Another piece of exciting news is that this week we launched our new website, so we will also be updating our newsletter format.
