Congratulations to Dong Phuong, Year 8, for winning First Prize in the Vocal Music category at the 19th ZhongSin International Music Competition 2025!
The ZhongSin International Music Competition is a prestigious event supported by the governments of China and Singapore, along with esteemed institutions such as the National Arts Management Association of Singapore, the Chinese Musicians’ Association, UNESCO, and the International Music Management Association.
As the first music competition to receive ISO 9001 certification for excellence in cultural and artistic event management in Singapore, it has grown over the past 19 years into one of the country’s most comprehensive competitions. With 11 categories—including piano, violin, cello, guitar, vocal music, drums, traditional instruments, and saxophone—it attracts talented musicians worldwide.
The competition features seven age groups (under 7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16-17, and 18+), with regional rounds held across 25+ countries, including Vietnam, the USA, Sweden, Canada, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Russia.
Once again, a huge congratulations to Dong Phuong for this outstanding international achievement! This victory is not only a personal milestone but also a source of pride for our school and Vietnam in the global music scene.
