Application process

• Step 1 - Enquiry

  To begin your application, please complete the enquiry form with your child’s details:

  • Full name
    
  • Date of birth
    
  • Nationality
    
  • Expected start date

  After we receive your information, our Admissions team will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). They will inform you of availability and guide you through the next steps.

• Step 2 - Visit

  To truly experience the spirit of our school, we invite you to visit us in person. Our Admissions team will be delighted to arrange a tailored tour, offering you a close look at our exceptional facilities. If visiting Ho Chi Minh City isn't possible, we are happy to organise a virtual tour and meet with you online.
  
• Step 3 - Application

  After your tour, we kindly invite you to complete your child’s application documentation. To help us move forward with your application, please also submit the following documents. 

  • A copy of your child's birth certificate
    
  • Application form (the form will be provided by admissions team)
    
  • Personal Information Collection Statement (the form will be provided by admissions team)
    
  • A current identification photo of your child
    
  • The latest two years school reports, if applicable.
    
  • Application fee
    
  • Medical record (the form will be provided by admissions team).
    
  • A copy of your child’s immunisation record (EYFS applicants only)
    
  • A copy of your child’s passport (if your child is holding one more citizenship aside from Vietnamese)
    
  • Additional Educational Needs (AEN) assessment documents, if applicable

  We’re here to support you every step of the way and look forward to welcoming your family to our school.

• Step 4 - Admission Assessments

  As part of our Admissions process, we warmly invite each child to complete age-appropriate assessments before offering a place. 

  • Depending on your child's age and native language, our Admissions assessments may involve online tests and an interview. Our Admissions team will provide full guidance on what’s required.
  • For children living outside Ho Chi Minh City, we can organise remote assessments to make the process as seamless as possible.
  • Your child may also be invited to participate in an interview with our Headteachers, EAL     EAL and or/VAL Coordinator, and/or Subject Teachers to help us better understand their abilities and needs.
• Step 5 - Offering Your Child a Place

  If everything is in order, we will be delighted to send you a formal letter offering your child a place at our school.

  You’ll then be required to make the following payments:

  • Non-refundable Registration Fee and Refundable Security Deposit: A one-time payment to secure your child’s place, payable within one week of receiving the offer letter.
  • Tuition Fee: This must be paid before your child starts school.
