We are thrilled to share that this year’s results reflect a significant milestone: BVIS Hanoi has achieved its highest-ever Net Promoter Score (NPS) in school history!
What is the Net Promoter Score (NPS)?
The Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a key indicator of parent satisfaction. The score is calculated based on responses to the question:
"How likely are you to recommend our school to other families?"
This year, our NPS has reached an all-time high of 42%, a remarkable increase of 14% from last year’s 28%. This steady rise demonstrates growing confidence in the quality of education, support, and overall experience at BVIS Hanoi.
A Year of Continuous Improvement
The survey results show that 77% of all categories have improved compared to the previous academic year, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. We are also proud to report that over 90% of parents agree they would recommend BVIS Hanoi to other families - a testament to the trust and confidence within our school community.
