As part of our commitment to the environment, we encourage parents to use our school buses, public transport or, if practical, to walk to school.
Our bus service
Our bus service will pick your child up and drop them off at a home address in Nanjing city. All bus routes are supervised by a monitor to keep your child safe. We also have a comprehensive policy to ensure a smooth service.
To ensure the efficient running of the bus service, we ask parents to give us as much notice as possible (via email to desk@bsn.org.cn) if their child won't be using their usual service (either to or from school).
Driving to school
Congestion is a big problem for many schools in Nanjing, including BSN. This is why we only open our car park at certain times and encourage drivers to ‘drop off and go’. The area in front of the school is marked as a ‘kiss and go’ zone. This is where you’ll drop your children. We ask that the driver stays in the car and limits the stop to two minutes.
Families using our car park need to show a parent ID card and collect a key fob from the guards at the gate. Please stick to the marked spaces and turn your engines off while waiting. The car park is open to parents between 8:00-8:20 am and 3:35-4:15 pm (2:35-3:15 pm on Fridays).
Important updates
School officially starts at 8:20 am, which is when registration takes place.
The end of the school day has moved to 4:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and 3:00 pm on Friday.
