BSKL Lions sports teams
BSKL teams compete in three sports conferences: KLISS (Kuala Lumpur International School Sport), ISAC (International School Athletic Conference), and FOBISIA (Federation of British International Schools in Asia).
Being members of these organisations guarantees regular competition for our students both locally and internationally. ISAC and KLISS consist of international schools in Kuala Lumpur, while FOBISIA comprises of schools across Asia, where teams compete in football, basketball, athletics and swimming.
Training and fixtures
We run at least two training sessions per week during the season, or one training session and a fixture. Training sessions are at lunchtime or after school. We also organise friendly fixtures against other schools.
BSKL sports academies
Our sports academies are year-long programmes that run every term. They're outside of curriculum time and BSKL Lions sports club hours. Open to anyone, they give our students further opportunities to take part in their favourite activities. These include badminton, basketball, football, gymnastics, rugby, swimming, and trampolining.
