BSKL student's groundbreaking mRNA review article accepted into prestigious research archive
Shumala Year 13 has had her paper titled "mRNAissance: To What Extent Could mRNA Technology Lead the Revolution in Vaccine Development?" accepted into the prestigious Research Archive of Rising Scholars.

This significant achievement stems from her Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) under the guidance of Dr Sophie Ainsworth. Over the holidays, Dr Ainsworth has been instrumental in helping Shumala adapt her EPQ project into a comprehensive scientific review paper.

Building on this success, Shumala and Dr Ainsworth are now working towards an even more ambitious goal: getting the paper accepted into the Young Scientists Journal. This is a rigorous process, as it requires peer review by experienced research scientists, making it a highly competitive and challenging journal to be published in. The entire BSKL community is immensely proud of Shumala’s dedication and hard work. We recognize the immense effort she has put into her research and are confident that she will continue to achieve great things. Shumala, you have our full support and encouragement as you strive for excellence!
