Among the finalists were Lucas from Year 7 and Ganya, also from Year 7, who impressed the crowd alongside Tina from Year 9. Caitlin and Chloe from Year 9 performed a beautiful duet of singing and piano. Andrea, a Year 10 student, delivered a memorable dance, while Fiona from Year 10 showcased her dance skills. The duo of Elaine and Francesca from Year 8 added to the night’s excitement, as did Abeer and Ranbir from Year 9. Rosalina and Park, representing Years 8 and 10 respectively, demonstrated their dance talents. Finally, Paxton and his team from Year 9 closed the performances with a spectacular band and singing act.
BSKL’s performing arts programme, which integrates Juilliard’s esteemed curriculum, has been instrumental in nurturing these young talents. The collaboration with Juilliard provides students with a world-class education in the performing arts, fostering creativity, discipline, and a passion for artistic expression.
As the night progressed, the judges faced the difficult task of selecting the winners. In the end, Ganya from Year 7 secured third place with her rhythmic gymnastics routine. Caitlin and Chloe from Year 9 earned second place for their enchanting singing and piano performance. First place went to Paxton, along with Hao Zheng, Preston, Scott, Jern Huang, Zachary, En Kai, and Leonard from Year 9, for their outstanding band and singing act.
The event was masterfully hosted by our emcees, Sasha, Makenzie, and Hao Zheng, who kept the audience engaged and entertained throughout the evening. As the night came to a close, everyone left with a sense of excitement and anticipation for next year's event, eagerly looking forward to more exceptional displays of talent nurtured by the BSKL and Juilliard partnership.
