With over 20 years of diverse teaching experience, Ms Shirin is a dedicated educator who holds dual degrees in English Education and Chinese Language and Literature Education. For the past 12 years, she has been a valued member of the BBB family, where her passion for teaching and commitment to student growth have shone brightly.
Over the last 6 years, Ms. Shirin has worked closely with Early Years Class Teachers, gaining a deep understanding of the unique needs and developmental stages of young children. Her experience has equipped her to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that supports children in reaching their full potential. Ms. Shirin firmly believes in the individuality of each child and strives to provide personalized attention to foster their growth. Embodying BSG's philosophy, "Be Ambitious," Ms. Shirin is continually exploring and challenging herself in various fields of education. Her rich experience in Early Years Education is complemented by her extensive background in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, where she has effectively applied her professional expertise. Now transitioning to the role of a Toddler Teacher, Ms. Shirin is excited to bring her wealth of knowledge and experience to support the youngest learners at BSG, guiding them through their critical early years with care, understanding, and ambition.
Ms. Shirin is passionate about her work and approaches it with dedication and enthusiasm. She strives to inspire each of her students with her positive and optimistic attitude. In addition to her professional life, she has a happy family in Guangzhou. She frequently engages in cultural enrichment activities, such as reading and appreciating literature and films. Shirin and her family have a strong sense of social responsibility. They regularly volunteer at the English storytelling sessions in the children's library in Guangzhou, where they contribute by selecting and rehearsing storybooks. They are actively involved in every aspect of the storytelling sessions. Furthermore, in the past year, Ms. Shirin has participated in community partnership initiatives organized by British school, engaging in various social welfare activities.
