Chad hails from the vibrant city of Brisbane, Australia, but has been immersed in the rich culture of China since 2016. He has made a significant impact on the education sector during his time in China, particularly through his tenure at the esteemed British School of Beijing, Shunyi.
Chad's expertise lies in teaching, and for the past seven years, he has been an invaluable member of the school community, specifically serving as the Head of Year 6. His dedication and passion for education have earned him the respect and admiration of students, parents, and colleagues alike.
Apart from his professional endeavours, Chad has a deep love for the great outdoors. He finds solace in nature and is particularly thrilled about exploring the picturesque landscapes surrounding Guangzhou. Hiking through lush trails and embarking on thrilling bicycle rides to discover the region's best waterfalls are activities that bring him immense joy and fulfillment.
Chad's affiliation with the British School of Guangzhou extends beyond his teaching career. In 2019, he had the opportunity to visit the school as a coach for the NAE Global Games, where he undoubtedly left a positive impression on students and staff. With a desire to continue his journey in China, Chad eagerly anticipates relocating to Guangzhou and joining the community at the British School of Guangzhou as a BSG Rhino, embracing the new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
