BSG Guangzhou Scholarships 2024/25

This past Saturday, our school proudly hosted its biggest community event of the year, International Day, and what a success it was! We were delighted to welcome over 2,500 visitors who joined us for a day full of excitement and culture.
With 95 vibrant stalls run by dedicated staff, parents, vendors, and sponsors, the event celebrated the amazing diversity that makes our school so special. Representing over 32 countries, parents and staff offered traditional food, beautiful decorations in their country’s colors, and fun, interactive games for all ages to enjoy.
The day began with an awe-inspiring opening parade proudly featuring over 90 students holding their country flags led by the dragon dance. The sight was a powerful reminder of the diversity and friendship that bind us all together.
Throughout the day, we were treated to spectacular performances by students from Early Years to Secondary. We also enjoyed special performances from our extracurricular partners and community members, adding to the festive atmosphere and showing the spirit of collaboration that defines our school.
One of the most anticipated moments of the day was the raffle draw, which brought the largest crowd together in front of the stage. The excitement was high as everyone waited to hear their name called for the amazing prizes provided by the school and our generous sponsors.

On Saturday, 40 of those learners, friends and colleagues, including BSG staff, students, parents and friends, got together at Qingyuan Lion Lake Golf Club (清远狮子湖高尔夫俱乐部) for a memorable day of golf, getting to know each other and a little bit of competition.

We are delighted to share the exceptional achievements of BSG students in this year's IGCSE examinations. With 60% of students earning A*-A grades, 92% achieving A*-C grades, and an overall pass rate of 99.7%, this cohort has truly upheld the long tradition of academic excellence at The British School of Guangzhou.
