At BSB, it’s our priority to provide support and encouragement to ensure that our students have a smooth transition from Primary to Secondary school.
On Tuesday 12th March, we organised a transition day for our Year 6 students in BSB Shunyi and Sanlitun. There was a lot of excitement as students welcome their fellow classmates from BSB Sanlitun, made new friends, met new teachers and enjoyed interactive learning experiences. We have no doubt that our incoming Year 7s are confident that secondary school will be an inspiring journey of discovery.
The Transition process is ongoing throughout the year. Students are well supported by their teachers and excellent pastoral care system. Parents are always welcome to contact their child’s teachers for support.

In Design and Technology, students use STEAM techniques to see whose paper plane can fly the furthest!

Lots of excitement in the Mathematics Relay where they are having a competition to see which group is the first to solve 10 problems.
Year 9 and Year 11 students have begun the options process of selecting their IGCSE and IB Diploma courses for next school year.
