Festive cheer all around! Our Winter Fair and German Market brought the BSB Shunyi community together on 7th December for a day of holiday magic, delicious treats, and seasonal fun! Thank you to nearly 3000 parents, children, friends, family, sponsors and vendors who came and support our fundraiser for Dew Drops little girl Mu Mu's surgery expenses. Everyone enjoyed the amazing German Christmas Market outdoors with traditional wooden huts, thanks to our Parents’ and Teachers’ Association (PTA)! There were a great selection of hot food and beverages including sausages, fresh waffles, hot chocolate, mulled wine and other delicious options.
Each year, a significant part of the fair to raise funds for charity. We are pleased to inform that RMB36,180 will be donated to the charity Dew Drops, the designated charity for this year's Winter Fair. The donation will directly help 5-year-old Mu Mu's medical expenses and cost of caregiving.

Children had a fun time playing games hosted by our dedicated teachers. Our IB Diploma students and Student Councils have also organised activities to raise funds for charity such as creating Bear Keychains, Christmas themed hair clips, selling Christmas cookies and snacks, and the very popular Santa’s Grotto where children had the chance to meet Santa for a truly magical experience.
Our sincere appreciation to all our sponsors and vendors for their support and generosity in hosting games and donating the wonderful Raffle prizes. Many prizes were won in the Lucky Draw and everyone enjoyed shopping and browsing the variety of stalls.
Our talented students gave such spectacular performances too. Well done everyone!
