In Chinese classes the students enjoyed a fabulous time learning about and celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival, one of China’s most important festivals!
The students got their hands messy making traditional festival pastries called Mooncake, painting pictures, making lanterns and other handcrafts which symbolise the Festival, including the Lord Rabbit. We sang songs and listened to stories about Mid-Autumn Festival while enjoying the art and culture that accompany it.
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival everyone!
