Fiction or non-fiction?

This week was all about reading in Year 2!

The students continued to use the wonderful library at BSB to explore a variety of fiction and non-fiction texts. It’s such a wonderful space for the children to use and every week they thoroughly enjoy choosing a new book to get stuck into! We had some fascinating discussions about the books they read; talking about new vocabulary and genres while continuing to develop their comprehension and phonics skills. It is fantastic seeing them read more broadly, confidently, and fluently.
