Year 2 have been busy learning about what lives under the sea as part of our new Topic.
We read the story The Rainbow Fish and discussed why being kind and sharing with others is an important part of making and maintaining friendships. Afterwards, Year 2 were super excited to visit the Art Room and experiment with water colours to create their very own rainbow fish. There were all kinds of wonderful and magical colour concoctions being created and in the end, Year 2 all ended up with their very own special piece of work. We discussed how just like them, each piece was beautiful and unique in their own way.
