What a fantastic start to the PE calendar for KS2!
We have begun the year with a unit of football and the Year 4 Cranes were so excited to experience the newly refurbished football pitch. The children are preparing to take on other schools in an upcoming football tournament, so we started the week by practicing our dribbling skills. Dribbling is an attacking move, where the player should retain the ball with them, until the opponent is defeated. The Year 4 children showed impressive skills and were able to maintain control of the football, even when they increased their speed. Next up – we will focus on, shooting, passing, and defending. The BSB Bulldogs are gearing up to have a great football future! Go Bulldogs!
