This week in Chinese the children in Year 2 have been learning more about Chinese New Year and traditions.
During the week, the children have heard stories about Chinese New Year and the twelve animal zodiacs in China. To get into the spirit of Chinese New Year the children have enjoyed taking part in traditional Chinese activities, such as creating colourful Chinese decorations. The children have also been learning Chinese expressions of blessings.
