This week in Nursery, each class has been exploring a different Nursery Rhyme.
We have all been taking part in a range of different themed activities, including building a wall for Humpty Dumpty to sit on so he won’t fall down, role-playing in our classroom Bakery, learning the ‘s’ sound for ‘see-saw’ and learning the ‘h’ sound for ‘handle’.
Later in the week, we all got very busy and took part in culinary activities, collaborating and co-operating fantastically as a class. Some of us got busy baking delicious chocolate and vanilla cakes, some made yummy cheese sandwiches, some of us made cracking egg sandwiches and some enjoyed a lovely tea party!
