The children were split into 8 groups, with a mixture of Year 1 and Year 2 children in each group. They then spent 2 hours travelling between Japan, Germany, Tanzania and Australia. At each destination they learnt a little bit about the country; identifying the flag, finding the country on the world map, discovering what they eat and even learning a little of the language. They then took part in a range of activities, from dancing to origami, Aboriginal art to salt dough Christmas decorations.
The children had a great time and enjoyed working alongside different children for the afternoon.
