MODEL UNITED NATIONS (MUN) AT BIS HOUSTON

Model United Nations (MUN) educates students about the United Nations and contemporary international issues. Students gather to simulate the work of the United Nations General Assembly and various subsidiary committees. We  create positive experiences through a conference that focuses on collaboration and cooperative learning.

Each year BIS Houston hosts an MUN conference on campus. Each committee will allow up to 20 participants, we encourage early registration.

If you're an educator and interested in bringing multiple delegates, please contact bishmun@houston.nae.school.

The BIS Houston conference is designed to challenge participants to demonstrate global perspectives by collaborating with other delegates in the community to gain knowledge around world topics. Delegates will be able to choose their level based on previous MUN experiences: beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
