Dear Parents,
I would like to extend a warm welcome back to our returning children, and a special welcome to our new families. There has certainly been a buzz of excitement, since the children returned on Wednesday. New friends have been made as new topics have been introduced and new challenges presented.
I too am facing new beginnings, as I am very excited to be taking on my new role as Head of Primary at BIS Hanoi. I have been a member of the BIS Group of Schools for 6 years now and have recently moved from BIS Ho Chi Minh City where I was the Head of the Tu Xuong Primary Campus.
I hope to meet many of you within the next few weeks as we will shortly be holding our ‘Meet the Teacher’ sessions. On September 8th, you will be invited to make individual appointments with your child’s class teacher who will be able to tell you how your child has settled and answer any questions you may have.
Ms Sue Hill, Head of Primary
As the academic year whirls by, the first term in primary school draws to a close, marking the end of a whirlwind of learning, growth, and new experiences.
As we move towards the end of term, our Primary exit points are always a great celebration of learning that has taken place over previous weeks and months.
At BIS, in addition to the excellent opportunities we are providing in the classroom, we enrich the students experiences and learning by taking them on day trips.
