As the academic year whirls by, the first term in primary school draws to a close, marking the end of a whirlwind of learning, growth, and new experiences. This momentous occasion is not only a time for students to catch their breath but also a chance for teachers and parents to come together and celebrate these achievements.
There were so many moments of celebration this week, not least in the EYC, with all our youngest students performing in their Christmas shows. It was magical; they melted our hearts and amazed us with their singing, story-telling, and confidence; it was truly remarkable to see, and we are so proud of each and every one of them.
At the end of the first term, there is an excellent opportunity for reflection. Students have been looking back at the challenges they've overcome, the friendships they've made, and the wealth of knowledge they've acquired, and they have shared these reflections in our new primary reports that are issued today. We look forward to discussing these further with parents in January at the Parents' Evening.
A huge thank you to all our teaching staff and support staff who have supported the children brilliantly this term, and a massive thank you to our parents for their continued support.
I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, safe travels, and much-needed rest. I look forward to seeing you all again in the new year!
Led by the school's Performing Arts team, this spectacular show brought together a talented cast, crew, stage design team, orchestra, and logistic, all of whom were students and teachers from the BIS Hanoi community.
