Service Learning: Village volunteers STA CAS students are working closely with students at a local local SEN School. Community collaboration at it’s best.

Another great week for St Andrews International School Bangkok CAS students out in the local community.

The amazing Mr Jarrod has been working closely with the Village to facilitate a volunteer program for Year 12 STA students. Village International Education (VIE) is a Special Educational Needs school. They provide provision for a range of children with different needs, ranging from quite profound/severe learning difficulties to children who have Dyslexia and Autism. All students are working towards the life skills programme and ASDAN courses.

This week our students have been facilitating games, cookery classes and supporting Village students with educational programs that the centre have on offer. It’s been a great learning opportunity for both the Village and STA students. Community collaboration at its best!
