Dear Parents,
It’s ECA sign-up time again and that means it’s time to think about joining one of the many fantastic clubs that the PTG has made available to all parents. Please see the information below and don’t hesitate to contact Paul if you are interested in any of the activities or would like to organize something new. We are very fortunate that Head of School, Mr. Paul gives a great deal of support to these initiatives, for which we are extremely grateful. So if there is something new that you would like to see at school, please let us know.
Thank you.

This year we are happy to be able to offer more activities than in the past. In addition to swimming, yoga, zumba, badminton, volleyball and running, we are now offering coached tennis sessions everyday with STA’s own tennis partner Spin & Slice. Also we are offering CrossFit by BASE, another one of STAs sporting partners, and Bootcamp!
The deals we have been offered by our wonderful partners are second to none, and are sure to run out fast. Remember though, some activities have a minimum number before they can run and will not run if these numbers aren't met.
Some activities are free and some are paid. Please pay the external service provider directly. There are a total of 10 weeks in which these activities will run (apart from running, badminton, and volleyball, of which run throughout the term).
Take a look at Parents Activity section in Moodle and make sure to reserve your spot quickly!
If you have any questions, please shoot me (Paul) an email at polapatl@gmail.com or catch me at the primary campus, and I'll do my best to answer.
Remember, these activities on campus are able to be held through the great generosity that STA have offered by way of facilities, and event staff. A big shout out to Mr Paul and his team!
Thank you.
Paul

Are you a new student at St Andrews International School Bangkok looking to dip your toes into the world of swimming? Or perhaps you are a current student who has always wanted to improve your skills in the pool? Then there is no better time than now to join the STA Marlins Swimming Squad. The Marlins Recreational Group is our latest swimming programme, welcoming all beginners on Tuesdays after school.
At St Andrews Bangkok, we believe that every child has the potential to discover and develop a unique musical voice. Our Instrumental Programme offers students an extraordinary opportunity to explore and master a range of musical instruments, fostering a lifelong love for music and enhancing their cognitive and creative development.
Students enjoy having their own device which they can personalise and which is always available. In response to concerns around bag weight and battery life, we extended the range of devices that students were able to bring to school.
As Term 3 comes to an end, three senior students, Eleonore, Natalie, and Ananya, reflect on their experiences in the IB Diploma Programme at St Andrews International School Bangkok. Perhaps one of the most meaningful projects Ananya and Natalie took on during their senior studies was starting a foundation with a few other friends called Today4tomorrow – an initiative to provide opportunities to underprivileged girls in Thailand.
