WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

At St Andrews, we inspire, support, and challenge every student to reach for the stars and embrace their potential.

In our inclusive international environment, your child will learn in a way that works for them. This includes choosing from an extraordinary range of academic, creative, sporting, and community experiences – more than any other private international school in Bangkok – that will nurture their strengths, spark new passions, and feed their curiosity.

At every step, they’ll be guided by our exceptional teachers and pastoral care team, who will ensure they flourish both in and beyond the classroom.

HISTORY AND HERITAGE

Founded in 1997 on what is our current primary school campus, St Andrews International School Bangkok now has two locations that are home to over 2,000 students from more than 60 countries.

Our state-of-the-art high school campus – which is conveniently located near the Ekkamai BTS Station – opened in August 2017. This purpose-built site is the setting for truly world-class teaching and learning, enriched by outstanding facilities and the latest education technology.

We’re proud to be an inclusive school that welcomes children from all backgrounds and abilities. Our students benefit from our highly respected British curriculum pathways, which are adapted to our international context. Our students’ education begins at the Early Years Foundation Stage, building up to IGCSE exams in Year 11, and culminating with the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Years 12 and 13.

St Andrews is a member of the Nord Anglia Education family. We have access to world-class technology, unique collaborations with The Juilliard School of Performing Arts, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and UNICEF, as well as the Global Campus learning platform. When your child joins us, they’ll become part of a global community that spans both continents and cultures.

“STA has a diverse student profile which is something we wanted. The teachers and staff welcomed our daughter and made her feel at ease right from day one. STA is also very helpful and flexible on many fronts. We love the fact that STA has made our 9 year old so much more confident and has helped shape her personality.”
