Recent heavy downpours in the Northern part of Thailand have caused river levels to rise rapidly. Many villages including Chiang Mai’s Mae Rim have been devastated by the fourth flood in a month and water levels are rising higher and faster.
Meet Teya from Year 6, who has launched her amazing ‘Little Idea’ to support families affected by the floods in Northern Thailand.

At Regents, our students develop an understanding and appreciation for responsible citizenship and other valuable social and emotional life skills. Our students learn by doing and this involves being involved in community initiatives important to them – which sees them become compassionate leaders and develop a global perspective.
Our students are working hard on more student-led community projects, and we are excited to share more updates on Little Ideas Making a Big Difference!
Thank you to everyone who has kindly donated, we are grateful for the many donations we have received and we are proud of our vibrant school community for supporting those in need.
If you would like to help support Teya in donating items to families affected by the floods, please drop off items in the baskets in Primary and Early Primary. You can donate clothing, shoes, blankets, toys, books and anything else you think may help.
Thank you for helping support Teya’s Little Idea!
