We are delighted to announce that Ms Tamara McKenna, our current Deputy Head of Secondary, has been promoted as our new Head of Secondary effective immediately.
With 20 years of teaching experience, the past 11 here at Regents, and the last 7 as part of our Secondary Senior Leadership Team, she has a passion for ensuring our students achieve the best academic results as well as making the most of the experiential learning experiences we have to offer. Mrs Mckenna has leadership experience in all areas of the secondary school and most recently transformed the KS3 curriculum and has worked closely to ensure academic excellence across IGCSE. She firmly believes in our ethos that the wellbeing of students is vital as happy students are more resilient and learn better.
At Regents, our specialist staff are experts at creating personalised support programmes for students with additional educational needs. That’s why, throughout October we are celebrating Dyslexia and ADHD Awareness Month.
