The best of fun for our boarding school students in Term 3
Being a boarding student at an international school like Regents certainly brings its academic advantages, whether you are aged 7 or 17. There’s the extra support from teachers with your homework after school, a quiet environment of your own to focus on examination preparation or plenty of extra time to practice your English if you are not a native speaker. But students who work hard also need time to play hard, and that’s precisely what our Weekend Activities Programme for boarders is designed to help with. The end of Term 2 is almost upon us and already the students in the boarding school have got a lot to look forward to next term:
Saturday 23 April: Flight of the Gibbon
This is the zip-line adventure that takes you deep inside the real Thai rainforest and soaring through the jungle canopy
Saturday 7 May: All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) tour
A scenic drive with professional guides around the local countryside. You will see some real Thai villages, temples and farms and have a chance to develop your off road skills.
Saturday 14 May: Ice Skating Mega Bangna
A brand new rink, the Sub Zero Ice Skate Club, defies the city’s relentless heat with a unique ice skating experience!
Saturday 21 May: Khao Kaew Zoo Night Safari
Covering a vast tract of forest land, the zoo has more than 200 species of wildlife living in their natural habitat. And the view you get at night is so different…
Saturday 28 May: Nong Nooch tropical garden, Buddha Mountain and the Chinese Museum
